1. Processing Time

Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items may take additional time to process. We will notify you with an estimated shipping timeline if applicable.

International Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, customs, and weather. Delays can occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and the shipping destination. You will be able to view the shipping cost before finalizing your order.

Free Shipping: We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a specified amount within your country. This offer is subject to change and typically does not apply to international orders unless specified.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the shipment confirmation email.

5. Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes: We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

Customs & Duties: For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by your country's authorities upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Incorrect or Missing Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or non‑deliveries due to incorrect address information. 7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates, as delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs, or carrier delays). If your order is delayed or lost, contact us at khushichauhan1991@icloud.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Lost Shipments: In the unlikely event that your package is lost during transit, contact us immediately so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us immediately at khushichauhan1991@icloud.com with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
